Good experience. I have ordered a few times, my parcels got sent quickly the next day and arrived in 3-4 days. There was a mistake with one return, I had returned 2 items and registered them but only 1 item was listed as returned and refunded! I contacted customer service immediately, service was very friendly and I was promised that this mistake will be sorted out fast. And it was- other item was refunded too. For a moment I was worried because they messed up…. But really happy that I got excellent customer service and all is well. I will use Boozt again. But definitely make sure everything is charged/refunded correctly!!

Nykyään paketin saa myös k-markettiin, joten siitä syystä aion suosia booztia vielä enemmän. Aiemmin suosin zalandoa juuri siksi, kun sen paketit sai k-markettiin ja booztin paketit piti aina rampata postiin hakemaan. Zalandossakaan ei siis mitään vikaa ole mutta booztilla monesti vain parempia alennuksia. Mihinkään käytettyihin tuotteisiin en ole törmännyt.
